Title: Analyst – Deposit & Payment Operations, Banking Operations Staff

Job Description:

The banking operations staff is responsible for performing daily banking operations activities, including the processing, administration, and settlement of payment transactions, to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements, minimization of operational risk, and the delivery of excellent service quality.

Requirements:

• Desirable to have at least 1 year of relevant experience

• Having relevant working experience in Banking or financial industry would be preferable

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula for reporting and data entry

• Have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,

• Excellent in English, both written and verbal

• Strong ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams

• Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibility:

• Perform daily operation and various administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures as well as regulators.

• Prepare and submit regular report to Internal and External parties accurately and timely manner.

• Deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers to meet customer's expectations.

• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations.

• Work in partnership with various departments for daily operations. 

• Coordinate with team members to ensure project activities run smoothly.
