We are looking for an Analyst Credit to join our Credit Group and support the effective management of credit risk across the organization. In this entry-level role, you will conduct credit reviews, recommend credit limits, monitor exposures, and provide timely credit reporting to the business units you support. You will also contribute to financial assurance activities and help maintain accurate credit and counterparty information.

What you will do:

• Perform routine credit reviews for rated and non-rated counterparties and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor credit exposure against approved limits and proactively request collateral from counterparties when required.
• Prepare and distribute accurate and timely credit reports to the appropriate Enbridge business units.
• Assist with the execution and administration of new or amended financial assurances, including parental guarantees and letters of credit.
• Enter, maintain, and file financial assurances, counterparty details, and credit information in Enbridge’s system of record.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation for material credit processes.
• Complete routine credit risk assignments and provide additional support as directed by Credit Risk Management.

Who you are:

• Related university degree with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk management principles.
• You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• You can effectively manage multiple priorities, organize your workload, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• You bring a continuous improvement mindset and an interest in developing or implementing processes that streamline and optimize work.
• You are comfortable working collaboratively with internal business partners and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• A finance-related designation such as a CPA, CFA, or MBA, or progress toward one of these qualifications, is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily an office-based work environment.
• Regular use of a computer and visual display terminal (VDT) for up to eight hours per day.
