Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operational Excellence and Data Solutions Team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

 

We will count on you to:

• Drive broad, structured adoption of approved AI tools — effective use, training, risk awareness, and compliance, not just access.
• Lead colleague enablement and training, and build local advocacy through a network of AI Champions.
• Identify practical AI use cases, reinforce governance standards, and run feedback loops to improve usability.
• Standardise key fields and business definitions across systems (e.g. GCMP, GCEdge, OpenTWINS) and agree ownership of critical data elements.
• Improve local data quality controls and data-entry discipline, and clarify how data is structured in backend systems.
• Support regional analysis and reporting and enable future AI and automation through better data readiness.

 

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or technology, including training and change management.
• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality and management reporting; familiarity with AI/ML tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills; a good team player across levels.
• Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and Power BI/Tableau are a plus.
