Resumen del Puesto**

El Analista de Laboratorio - Microbiológico es responsable de realizar análisis microbiológicos de muestras de alimentos según los procedimientos establecidos, asegurando la calidad y seguridad alimentaria.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

* Preparar muestras y medios de cultivo para análisis microbiológicos.
* Realizar recuentos de microorganismos (bacterias, levaduras, mohos) e identificar patógenos en diversas matrices alimentarias.
* Operar y mantener equipos de laboratorio como autoclaves, incubadoras y microscopios.
* Interpretar y registrar resultados de análisis de manera precisa y oportuna.
* Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio (BPL) y los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE).
* Participar en la implementación y mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad del laboratorio.
* Colaborar en la investigación de no conformidades y en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
* Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
* Reportar cualquier anomalía o desviación de los resultados al supervisor.

Calificaciones del Puesto**

* Título universitario o técnico en Microbiología, Biología, Química, Ingeniería en Alimentos o carrera afín.
* Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en laboratorio de análisis microbiológico, preferentemente en la industria alimentaria.
* Conocimiento sólido de técnicas de cultivo, aislamiento e identificación de microorganismos.
* Familiaridad con normativas y estándares de calidad alimentaria (ISO 17025, HACCP).
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
* Atención al detalle y alta precisión en el trabajo.
* Manejo de herramientas informáticas a nivel usuario (Microsoft Office).
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos si es requerido.
