CAC AmeriCorps members will partner with out-of-school-time nonprofit organizations to increase academic engagement through innovative art programming, mentorship, service-based learning, skill development, and community building. Although each residency is unique, all CAC members share the following basic service position description:

• Facilitating after-school/out of school time arts-based learning experiences that serve K-12 Baltimore City Public School students;

• Engaging people of all ages in community art projects that strengthen communities;

• Leveraging resources and partners;

• Supporting projects and initiatives that relate to direct service and capacity building efforts in Baltimore City.
