We are actively searching for an experienced mid-level All Source Analyst to work collaboratively with our our US Navy customer and Science and Technology Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) to develop and manage the intelligence briefs that affect our customers programs.

As an All Source Analyst  with JRC, you will...

• Conducting comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis to identify, evaluate, and report on terrorism and counterterrorism threats to the United States and its global interests.
• Producing daily intelligence outputs such as situational updates, threat assessments, and analytical summaries to support ongoing mission objectives.
• Researching and synthesizing information from multiple intelligence streams to deliver timely, accurate assessments of emerging threats, trends, and terrorist activities.
• Responding to analytical taskings and customer requirements by creating concise, well-supported intelligence products and providing prompt answers to information requests.
• Developing intelligence reports using databases, mapping systems, visualization tools, and graphics to clearly present complex analytical insights.
• Collaborating closely with Intelligence Community partners, Department of State teams, and other government agencies to coordinate reporting, validate information, and build comprehensive assessments.
• Applying Intelligence Community analytic standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure products are objective, accurate, thoroughly sourced, and analytically sound.
• Presenting intelligence briefings and oral updates to leadership, stakeholders, and customers on current and emerging terrorism-related threats.
• Identifying intelligence gaps, conducting targeted research, and recommending additional collection or analysis to address evolving mission needs.
• Tracking global terrorism developments and maintaining situational awareness of relevant threats, entities, regions, and events critical to U.S. national security.
• Supporting continuous operational demands, including shift-based work and rapidly shifting priorities, while maintaining high-quality intelligence reporting.
• Building effective working relationships with mission partners and customers to understand their needs and provide actionable, mission-focused analysis.
• Using critical thinking, advanced research, and analytical skills to evaluate complex and sometimes conflicting information and produce reliable intelligence judgments.
• Analyzing historical and current reporting, operational data, and other relevant sources to identify emerging threats and long-term patterns.

What you bring to the table:

• Clearance: An active DoD TOP SECRET Security with SCI Eligibility Clearance
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately in both technical and non-technical contexts
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience with the intelligence community
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where requirements can change mid-process and rework is required under a compressed timeframe
