The Role

We're looking for an energetic and versatile All-Round Fitness Trainer to join our wellness team at Soho House Amsterdam.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll combine personal training, group fitness classes, and reception responsibilities, helping to create an exceptional experience for our members from the moment they enter the gym until the end of their workout.

Whether you're coaching a high-energy class, delivering a one-to-one personal training session, or welcoming members at reception, you'll bring a positive attitude, professional expertise, and genuine passion for health and fitness. You'll play an important role in building a motivating, inclusive, and engaging fitness environment that keeps members coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering motivating and safe group fitness classes
Conducting personal training sessions tailored to member goals
Welcoming members and supporting daily gym reception operations
Building strong relationships with members and encouraging engagement
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation within the fitness facilities
Promoting fitness services, classes, and personal training packages
Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless member experience

What We're Looking For

Qualified Fitness Trainer (Fitvak A, NASM, AALO, CIOS, or equivalent)
Experience delivering personal training sessions and/or group classes
A confident and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for fitness
Comfortable combining coaching, member interaction, and reception duties
Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, professional, positive, and proactive
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Contract for 4-5 days per week
