What we want from you
- Adobe Campaign implementation: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard, including campaign management, technical and marketing workflows,delivery management, schemas, resources, personalization blocks, typology rules, campaign templates, input forms, landing pages, and subscriptions.
- Campaign channels and delivery: Experience delivering campaigns across email, push, SMS, and direct mail, including channel configuration, delivery setup, tracking, recurring deliveries, triggered deliveries, transactional messaging, throughput, throttling, and deliverability management.
- Workflow design: Strong command of Adobe Campaign workflow activities such as query, union, intersection, split, enrichment, deduplication, reconciliation, update or insert data, JavaScript code activities, branching, testing logic, and scheduling.
- Personalization and testing: Hands-on experience with personalization fields, content blocks, dynamic and conditional content, personalization scripts, links, mirror pages, seed addresses, proofs, and A/B testing.
- APIs and integrations: Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, working with JSON and XML payloads, OAuth and authentication patterns, webhooks, Adobe Campaign APIs, and testing tools such as Postman.
- SQL and data engineering: Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregates, filters, keys, indexes, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing data ingestion, transformation, and ETL pipelines.
- Programming fundamentals: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Data modelling: Ability to design relational schemas, normalize data models, and structure marketing databases for multi-channel campaign use cases.
- Customer communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact independently with customers, explain technical concepts clearly, and align.
