We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible AIoT Engineer with curiosity and innovative thinking in AI technologies. This role will focus on factory utility equipment maintenance scenarios, responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level AI model management processes, from requirement analysis to deployment, building sustainable smart maintenance solutions that help facility engineers improve equipment reliability, reduce energy consumption, and prevent anomalies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data science outcomes into practical intelligent services.
Design and train machine learning/deep learning models, ensuring performance and interpretability.
Develop model service APIs to support system integration and real-time applications.
Introduce and establish model management and deployment processes (MLOps) to ensure stable operation and regular updates.
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, write technical documentation, and promote internal knowledge sharing.
Key Qualifications
Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in data science or machine learning.
Skilled in Python and ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
Experience in model service development and containerization (FastAPI, Docker).
Understanding of ML pipeline or MLOps concepts, capable of planning and introducing processes suitable for enterprise environments.
Strong cross-functional communication skills.
