The opportunity

As an AI Unity Tools Engineer, you'll build the next generation of QA automation and development tooling for Homa's games. This is a new, high-impact initiative, and you'll own it: from the first question to the tools running in production across our portfolio.

You’ll work across AI, Unity, QA automation, DevOps, and infrastructure to make testing and build pipelines more reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient for games developed by Homa and its studios. You'll be working on AI-driven QA automation at the edge of what is technically possible, and you'll see the impact directly in the speed, reliability, and cost of how our games are made.

What you'll do

• Build. Design and deploy AI-enabled QA automation pipelines across Homa's major Unity games.
• Run. Maintain and improve our TeamCity build pipelines and infrastructure so game builds stay reliable.
• Scale. Onboard new games and tools onto the platform without reducing service quality.
• Explore. Test AI-driven approaches to QA that cut manual testing effort and reduce reliance on costly legacy tooling.
• Drive adoption. Work with developers, QA teams, studios, and mobile teams so the tools you build are actually used.
• Measure. Track the impact of your work on testing time, build reliability, and cost, and turn it into clear recommendations.

For this role, you'll also bring

• Hands-on experience with Unity and the ability to understand Unity games, game systems, and testing contexts.
• Proven experience using AI systems, models, or AI-enabled engineering workflows in practice.
• Strong DevOps understanding, including TeamCity, build pipelines, and infrastructure.
• The ability to work across technical topics while understanding the wider product and business context.
• Experience working in a complex environment with meaningful product and testing volumes.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience building QA automation or testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI-driven exploratory testing.
• Experience in gaming or another Unity-based product environment.
• Experience supporting products with high testing volumes.
• Experience driving adoption of internal tools across multiple teams.
