We're taking our AI Strategy practice to the next level, and we need someone to drive it. This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll advise executives on where AI creates value, what it costs, what it changes in their organisation, and how to prove it worked. You'll also own how Satori does this work: the frameworks, the standards, and the quality of thinking across the team.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Executive advisory: Be the senior counterpart to C-level sponsors, and frame the AI agenda rather than respond to it. Lead discovery on where AI creates value, at what scale and on what timeline.
• Honest judgement: Bring an outside-in view from comparable enterprises and markets. Challenge weak assumptions and kill weak ideas early, because our clients pay for judgement, not enthusiasm.
• Business cases: Build cases that survive CFO scrutiny, covering quantified value, TCO, investment profile and P&L impact. Run buy-vs-build and vendor evaluations, and support AI budgeting and portfolio prioritisation.
• KPIs before code: Define KPI trees and success criteria before anything gets built, and turn them into scope so teams build what actually adds value.
• Operating model: Advise on organisational structure, AI CoE design and governance. That includes the impact on roles, what happens to freed-up capacity, and who needs early warning.
• Practice leadership: Own the practice's methodology and keep it ahead of the market. Set the quality bar for deliverables, and coach colleagues on strategy engagements.
• Innovation & commercial: Develop new frameworks, offerings and thought leadership, and work with presales to shape proposals. There's no hard selling; the quality of your thinking does that job.

Requirements

Your Superpowers 🚀

• Consulting pedigree: 6+ years at a top-tier management consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or an equivalent strategy practice, owning workstreams and client relationships.
• Enterprise scale: Experience advising multi-billion enterprises, with international exposure.
• Credible on AI: You're not an engineer, but you can hold a real conversation with AI engineers and technology leaders and judge what's feasible.
• Executive presence: You can hold a boardroom and land a complex recommendation in ten minutes.
• KPI-centric and rigorous: You reason in metrics, economics and trade-offs, and you can make ambiguous problems tractable.
• Standard-setter: You raise the quality of the people around you, not just your own output.
• Language & location: You're fluent in English and Greek, and based in Athens for client visits.

Bonus Points ✨

• Depth in Energy, Financial Services, Retail, CPG or Manufacturing.
• Experience designing AI CoEs and governance, including familiarity with the EU AI Act.
• Hands-on delivery of data or AI projects, not only advisory work.
• Published thought leadership that shaped a market conversation.
• An advanced degree in a quantitative, business or engineering field.
