About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Senior Security Capability Engineer to help shape and strengthen AI security across a diverse range of AI-enabled initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working independently, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize AI solutions from a security perspective.

What You'll Do

• Assess and enhance the security of AI-enabled applications and solutions.
• Work closely with a variety of teams to ensure AI technologies are secure, effective, and aligned with security requirements.
• Identify risks, including potential information exposure and security gaps within AI implementations.
• Optimize existing AI capabilities rather than building applications from scratch.
• Conduct technology evaluations, security assessments, and proof-of-concept activities where required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design practical and scalable security solutions.
• Support AI security initiatives across different business areas, adapting to diverse technologies and use cases.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of AI security principles and practices.
• Experience working with AI technologies and related capabilities, including prompt engineering and AI solution optimization.
• Understanding of technologies such as RAG, MCP, APIs, and AI integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and application security practices.
• Ability to assess architecture, security risks, and technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and learning new technologies as required.
