As an AI QE Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on implementing leading practice standards in software development and testing processes, utilizing your technical experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while articulating our purpose and values with integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the interactions between system components, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities

- Leading quality engineering initiatives to enhance software development and testing processes
- Implementing quality assurance methodologies to identify and resolve software defects
- Optimizing performance and enhancing user experience through strategic testing practices
- Managing and mentoring teams to deliver quality outcomes and meet client expectations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to analyze system components and interactions
- Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including functional and performance testing
- Overseeing the deployment of quality assurance metrics and process improvements
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain accountability for project timelines and deliverables
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive product development and client solutions
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Agent orchestration/AI accelerator building experience

- Banking & Insurance, Pharma & Healthcare, Telecom, Media & Technology. 
- Hands-on use of GenAI/AI tools (2 tools are must :GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing — requirements analysis, test scenario identification, test-case generation, test-data generation, automation code generation, execution support and defect analysis

- Ability to create and refine prompts/context for generating test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, test data and defect analysis.

- Understanding of LLMs, tokens/context windows, hallucinations, temperature, grounding and prompt/context management

-Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.  

-TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Engineering and Testing
- Utilizing advanced skills in Selenium for browser automation
- Excelling in strategic planning and execution for client projects
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance project delivery
- Mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities
- Analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions
