Role Overview

We are looking for a Applied AI Product Manager Intern to support the Applied AI Product Team in driving product-led growth initiatives, experimentation, and AI-enabled customer engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and design. You will work on real product problems ranging from performance analytics to AI-driven user interactions while contributing directly to product improvements and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Performance & Reporting

• Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Translate product metrics into clear insights and management-ready presentations
• Support weekly/monthly business reviews with data-backed narratives

2. Digital Marketing Enablement

• Assist in marketing workflow redesign through use of automation and AI
• Build product and integrate solutions to supporting marketing efforts

3. Data Analysis & Experimentation

• Analyze product and user data to identify drop-offs, trends, and growth opportunities
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
• Build and maintain datasets

4. AI Conversation Design

• Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions (e.g., WhatsApp, chatbots)
• Analyze conversation data to improve engagement, activation, and retention
• Work with LLM-based systems to structure prompts, flows, and guardrails

Requirements

Required Skills

• Presentation & Communication
• Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling ability
• Product & Design
• Basic UX/UI design understanding (wireframing, user flows)

Preferred Skills

• Web Development
• Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms
• Data & Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query)
• Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly
• AI / Automation (Optional but Valuable)
• Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or prompt design
• Interest in LLM-driven product experiences
