Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer works on implementing generative AI models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative AI solutions that enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with AI application pipelines ensuring production-ready quality and scalability.
- Ability to work with conversational AI technologies such as chatbots and natural language processing.
- Knowledge of image processing techniques and their integration into AI solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
