As an AI Data & Quality Analytics Tester, you will play a pivotal role in the Software and Product Innovation group, focusing on Testing and Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for validating the integrity and performance of AI-driven solutions, confirming they meet client expectations and industry standards. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, specifically in Application Evolution Services - Industry and Custom Applications. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports client engagements, utilizing your technical strengths to analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

- Conducting acceptance and automation testing to validate software quality and reliability
- Collaborating with teams to manage defect investigations and debugging processes
- Utilizing agile methodologies to enhance product management and program execution
- Developing and managing test cases and environments to support software testing life cycles
- Implementing quality assurance best practices to optimize system architecture and reliability
- Engaging in AI-human collaboration to improve testing methodologies and outcomes
- Performing data model testing and fault analysis to identify and address system issues
- Leading documentation testing efforts to validate comprehensive coverage and accuracy
- Applying analytical thinking to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Facilitating communication and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in testing processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
