Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our Joint Staff Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) team. In this role, you will plan and lead agile execution across multiple delivery PODs, coordinate program-wide agile ceremonies, and drive successful delivery cycles that support critical Department of Defense mission objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan and lead agile execution across multiple PODs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of data, analytics, and AI-enabled products
• Coordinate program-wide agile events such as Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release cycles, aligning all PODs to shared objectives and timelines
• Own agile implementation across PODs, establishing and enforcing agile standards, processes, and best practices tailored to the defense environment
• Track and report delivery metrics, release timelines, and progress against program objectives, providing transparency and actionable insights to leadership
• Resolve escalated delivery blockers and risks, coordinating with POD leads, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation across delivery teams
• Communicate status, progress, and risks to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and alignment with CDAO mission priorities
• Support adoption of agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of work across PODs
• Mentor and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and POD leads to mature agile practices and drive delivery excellence

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or technical leadership roles, including experience leading multi-team agile execution
• Certified Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practitioner (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP)
• Proven expertise in coordinating PI planning, delivery cycles, and program-level agile events
• Strong proficiency in agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and delivery metrics tracking
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint Staff, or similar federal organizations
• Experience leading agile transformation or scaling agile across multiple delivery teams/programs
• Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI product delivery in secure DoD environments
• Additional agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Agile Leader)
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex delivery blockers and drive cross-team collaboration

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
