About the Studio

We're an AI-native venture builder for the Global South. We partner with founders who know their industry from the inside and co-build their ventures from first idea through to spin-out, covering product, design, engineering, and GTM.

About the Role

Marketers Team (https://www.marketers.team/) is a Utopia Studio Co-Build company. This internship sits inside that company, not a general studio marketing track. As an Agentic Operator Intern with Marketers Team, you'll work with Dariya to build daily prototypes that make the company move faster: AI agents, automations, and working product surfaces used in live campaigns and founder work. Real work, real shipping, from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build and iterate prototypes every day for Marketers workflows

• Turn briefs into working agents, tools, and automations Dariya's team can use

• Operate inside live Marketers processes alongside the core team

• Own deliverables, not tasks

• Move fast, iterate, and ship things that actually get used

What You Bring

• You've built something with AI, even if it's scrappy

• You think in specifics, not generalities

• You move without waiting to be told

• You can hold multiple things at once without dropping them

• You care about the details

No specific background or degree required. What matters is what you can build.

Engagement

• Full-time, part-time, or volunteer

• Salary upon discussion

• Hybrid, based in Doha

Interview process

1. Chat with Dariya

2. Technical test (same submission format as our Agentic Operator Internship)

3. Offer

Why This Internship

Most internships put you on the edge of the work. This one puts you inside Marketers, shipping prototypes daily for a live team. You'll work directly with Dariya and the studio, and use AI to do work that would otherwise take a full team.

We believe innovation should be inclusive and globally distributed. Our team is built on openness, curiosity, and collaboration, with people from across the GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia. We welcome talent from every background.
