As an Agentic AI Developer - Manager, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making within our Data and Analytics practice. You will utilize skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Leading data analysis initiatives to drive insights and support strategic decision-making for clients
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and data manipulation skills to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Developing and implementing statistical models to solve complex business problems
- Guiding teams in the use of data visualization tools to enhance client presentations and reports
- Overseeing the development of machine learning algorithms to optimize client operations
- Collaborating with client teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics in business processes
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and objectives
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills in data analysis and analytics software
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements and deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance

- At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.

- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.

- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.

- Hands-on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems.

- Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security.

- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications

- Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights

- Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing

- Applying analytic research skills to support client projects

- Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
