About the Role:
As an Agent in Training, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training and gain experience in all aspects of insurance sales and client service. You’ll have the support, mentorship, and resources you need to build a foundation for long-term career success, including potential advancement into agency leadership or ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, community events, and inquiries

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships

• Use CRM tools for accurate record-keeping and follow-ups

• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends

• Work toward meeting personal and team sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, motivated, and coachable

• Eager to learn new skills and comfortable engaging with people

• Goal-oriented with strong time-management

• Willing to seek insurance licensing (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health). We do offer licensing support

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required; thorough training provided
