As an AES-Oracle EPM-ARCS - Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on Application Evolution Services. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs, using your problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards. Your role will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to enhance Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Managing account reconciliation processes to improve financial accuracy and compliance
- Developing business rules and optimization models to streamline financial planning and forecasting
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Conducting performance assessments and creating performance reports to support decision-making
- Implementing operational performance management strategies to drive organizational effectiveness
- Collaborating with clients to identify key performance indicators and align them with business objectives
- Leading the development of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and address process inefficiencies
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to enhance system interoperability and data flow
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial forecasting
- Managing account reconciliation processes effectively
- Developing performance management software solutions
- Excelling in business process analysis and optimization
