Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Continuing Health Care (CHC) team, based in Blackpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and review CHC provision, including joint reviews and participation in Decision Support Tool meetings.
- Undertake statutory social work duties, including Care Act 2014 assessments, safeguarding interventions, and Court of Protection work.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary CHC team to support health colleagues and deliver high‑quality outcomes for adults in the Blackpool community.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
