As an Adobe - Marketo+ AJO, Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and embrace ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients. You will actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas, all while building commercial awareness and upholding professional standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Salesforce applications effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through Salesforce solutions
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for Salesforce implementations
- Assisting in the design and execution of Salesforce application projects
- Engaging in project tasks to support client objectives and strategic goals
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to enhance client processes
- Participating in the development of business process models and system integrations
- Applying technical consultation skills to address client challenges and requirements
- Supporting the development of training materials for client education and application use

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

2 years if minimum experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing skills in business process modeling and enterprise integration
- Engaging in innovative design and technology implementation projects
- Developing training materials for emerging technologies and applications
- Applying intellectual curiosity to enhance business model development
