We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- Maintain and update customer, pricing, and sales data in internal systems.
- Support the preparation and validation of customer reports and sales documentation.
- Assist with contract administration and customer record management.
- Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies in sales databases.• Support sales team with ad hoc administrative requests.Sales
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare recurring sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze sales performance, customer activity, and product trends.
- Create dashboards, charts, and management presentations.
- Support monthly business reviews and forecasting activities.
- Perform data validation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and commercial performance metrics.
Process Improvement
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Excel functions.
- Help optimize reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
- Document reporting procedures and best practices.
