As an Administrative Assistant at Rebecca Schools, you will play a key role in supporting enrollment, record management, and daily front office operations while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and student-centered environment.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfort handling confidential student and family information
Basic computer skills, including databases, scanning, and document management
Professional communication skills with staff, families, and external partners
What You'll Do
Maintain organized filing systems for student records, legal documents, and reports
Support student enrollment by preparing applications, contracts, and welcome materials
Update and manage data in Education Edge and related tracking tools
Coordinate tours, confirmations, mailings, and information requests with schools and providers
Provide front office coverage and clerical support while maintaining a safe environment for students
Be able to work M-F 7:45am-4:00pm
