Job Description:
- Role title: Administration Officer – ADS Support Line
- Role type: Maximum term contract, part-time (12 hours per week), until June 2028

- Salary: $73,915.12–$76,218.80 per annum + superannuation (pro rata)

About the role
- Provide administrative support to the ADS Support Line, clinicians and management
- Maintain rosters, payroll records and staff administration in electronic systems
- Assist with service reporting, audits, accreditation and quality improvement
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and service-related correspondence
- Support data entry, record keeping and everyday service operations
About you
- Frontline customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and electronic clinical systems
- Experience with administrative records, payroll or staff rostering systems
- Ability to support vulnerable clients with compassion and sensitivity
- Experience managing administrative enquiries and competing priorities
