Responsibilities:

Provides services, products, solutions and facilities for 3M clients and on-site business partners with an emphasis on strategic space planning, workplace design, moves, client satisfaction and space allocation. Develops intermediate and long-term strategies involving complex space issues and client demands. Manages highly complex building and facility related assignments which are based on the complexity and demands of the client base, the difficulty of assigned projects, importance of building assignments due to the customer sensitivity, relative importance to 3M’s strategic goals and demands and needs of the client base. Regularly provides leadership to functional and cross-functional teams, and acts as coach or mentor to newer employees.
