Seasonal Position (Now through October) $18/hr

About the Role
As our Activities Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of fun at the resort—planning engaging events, coordinating exciting experiences, and keeping guests smiling all season long. This is a seasonal position running through October, perfect for someone ready to jump into a lively, fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, schedule, and lead fun and engaging activities for all guest groups
- Bring events to life by:
- Arranging food and beverages
- Booking entertainers and presenters
- Managing ticket sales and event logistics
- Planning and executing a lively entertainment program
- Secure sponsors to help support and enhance events
- Review requests and select vendors for seminars and informational programs
- Create and manage our monthly resort newsletter,
- Communicate openly and positively with guests, vendors, and resort management
- Represent the resort with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can‑do attitude
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly and upbeat individual who genuinely enjoys working with people
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in event or activity planning preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Publisher experience is a plus!)
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when the fun is at its peak

- Weekend and holiday availability required
