A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and helping resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will play a key role in creating positive customer experiences by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring each interaction is handled with care.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic contact center environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build trust with customers will contribute to both individual and team success while supporting Acquire Intelligence’s commitment to service excellence.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional support to customers through inbound calls and customer service channels
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries while delivering a positive experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on company guidelines
- Provide accurate and complete information using approved systems and tools
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently with a focus on first contact resolution
- Maintain quality standards and adherence to customer service processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively
- Stay informed about products, services, and business updates to provide accurate support
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities
- Document customer interactions accurately and handle requests with care and professionalism
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least a high school graduate
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Comfortable using computer applications and customer support systems
- Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service best practices
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the company professionally
