We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Montreal team on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and invoice matching in the accounting system
- Prepare various ad hoc analyses and reports
- Verify and follow up on vendor statements
- Administer the corporate credit card program in accordance with company expense and travel policies
- Verify and monitor corporate credit card statements submitted by employees
- Manage supplier calls and follow-ups
- Assist the operations team with various administrative tasks
- Maintain virtual records and files (data entry and document management)
- Support the Finance team during the month-end close process
- Foster and maintain a collaborative team environment with internal and external partners while providing efficient, high-quality service
- Perform other related duties as required by organizational needs (e.g., greeting visitors, handling incoming/outgoing mail, answering incoming calls at head office)
Qualifications
- Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Tact and diplomacy, strong conflict-resolution skills, and a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Dynamic, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Results-driven and motivated
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with M3, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or another ERP system is considered an asset.
