We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Microsoft Advertising team. You will work with digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, helping them adopt Microsoft Ads, strengthen campaign performance, and resolve operational issues. The ideal candidate combines hands-on performance marketing experience with strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is PLN 146,400.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
