The Media Billing and Booking Resource will support the execution and reporting of Prisma Media campaigns. This role requires some understanding of the Media ecosystem, including Prisma, Media Ocean, print kit tool and other billing platforms along with Cm360 and other integrated google platform experience. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and has a strong interest in digital advertising.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the campaign setup, amendments, and creative check of Prisma campaigns work on various billing invoices.
• Help manage Reconciliation and actualization measurement and setting up of campaigns.
• Work closely with senior team members to meet client's objectives.
• Pull reports from multiple platforms, analyze and update them on campaign performance reports.

Requirements – Must Have:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Prisma, Media ocean or any other Media billing and booking platform.
• Understanding and knowledge of Digital reconciliation and actualization and ad-serving platforms (e.g. CM360, Flashtalking).
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and quickly become proficient in new technologies and platforms as required.
• Understanding and knowledge on end to end campaign setups.

Requirements – Good to Have:

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Attention to detail and a sense of accountability is required.

Platform Experience: Must Have:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Prisma, Media ocean or any other Media billing and booking platform.
