Responsibilities:

•             Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

•             Create compelling and creative copy for various communication platforms and purposes (e.g., news releases, social posts, feature articles).

•             Independently lead small-scale brand marketing campaigns, especially new product launch livestreaming events and photo/video shooting projects.

•             Design basic posters and graphics using Photoshop to support daily social media communications and other marketing initiatives.

•             Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications; analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for clients.

•             Collaborate with internal and external third parties and the client to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.

•             Support new business development efforts.

Requirements:

•             At least 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the F&B, FMCG, Hospitality, Tourism industry.

•             Excellent spoken and written language skills in both Chinese and English.

•             Proficiency in operating social media platforms

•             Basic proficiency in Photoshop, XIUMI, and other design software.

•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Problem-solving oriented with a can-do attitude and the ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure.

•             Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

•             Creative mindset with good scene-setting abilities.
