As an Account Management - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining a positive reputation for the organization. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, confirming their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and achieve organizational targets. Your work will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and employing strategies to build trust and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the firm's success.
Responsibilities
--Serve as an independent contributor, liaising directly with the Account Manager, Lead Client Partner and account teams, taking end-to-end ownership of all activities for the accounts/ sector/industry they are align
--Act as a key liaison between offshore and onshore teams to align client priorities, account strategies and delivery expectations.
-Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales, account management and marketing initiatives.
-Support Account Manager and LCP on account planning by conducting market research and analysis, pipeline and past sales analysis, tracking pursuits, and contributing to account strategy development.
-Deliver and update accurate Salesforce reports, dashboards and account meeting materials, providing clear visibility into pipeline status, financials, client activities and follow-up actions.- Managing client accounts by understanding their goals and providing exceptional service to meet their needs- Utilizing analytical thinking and client profiling to develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives- Engaging in sales account planning and sales enablement to capture new business opportunities- Collaborating with teams to execute creative campaigns and digital marketing strategies- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagement strategies- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions and account management activities- Navigating complex situations to anticipate client needs and deliver quality service- Leveraging customer relationship management tools to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
What You Must Have
-At least 5years of relevant experience in sales support, marketing, account management, client engagement or a related role; relevant PwC or professional services firm experience may also be considered.- Oral and written proficiency in English required
--Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
-Familiarity with reporting, data visualization, and AI-enabled productivity platforms.
-Hands-on experience of Power BI and automation tools like Copilot Studio and Power Automate
-Effective project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
