Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Account Executive - Social Media to implement social media strategies that are in line with the clients’ needs, to enhance a brand’s online presence and engagement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, including platform best practices, formats, trends, and audience behavior.
• Experience managing social media accounts and building strong day-to-day client relationships.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars from briefing through publishing and reporting.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in community management, including comment moderation, audience engagement, and reputation management.
• Exceptional attention to detail across copy, content, links, dates, and published assets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience analyzing social media performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, strategy, media, and production teams.
• Previous experience in a regulated or corporate industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Social Media, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in social media management and reporting tools.
