805title is hiring a dedicated Account Executive for the San Luis Obispo market. This isn't a territory we're testing. SLO is where we built this company, and the person in this role will carry that standard every single day.

The agents in this market know 805title. Your job is to make sure they're sending their business here, building real relationships, and showing up in a way that earns long-term trust.

What you'll do:

• Own the San Luis Obispo territory through agent appointments, daily prospecting, and consistent relationship-building

• Build a roster of Power Partners who send recurring title and escrow orders

• Run a structured daily Hour of Power to drive pipeline and follow-up activity

• Use LYTI to track all orders, income, and pipeline activity in real time

• Represent a technology suite that agents in this market don't typically see from a title rep

Who we want:

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you built and closed your own business

• Title or real estate experience welcome but not required. Strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background are encouraged to apply.

• Someone who understands SLO, knows how relationships work here, and shows up with consistency

• Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by what they earn, not by what they're given

Who this is NOT for:

• People who need a full pipeline handed to them

• Anyone who has never had to develop business from scratch

• People who treat follow-up as optional or inconsistent
