What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Identifies wireless carrier contacts and business opportunities through research, phone calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Generates sales and marketing of SBA’s sites to carriers and local zoning jurisdictions within territory.
- Gathers carrier and market information to be utilized in pricing, build out analysis and to determine feasibility of lease up on current inventory and in helping decide where new towers should be built.
- Performs the processing and tracking of lease applications through our internal approval process.
- Coordinates with the local SBA office and SBA corporate to track and ensure the delivery of site information packages to maintain our high level of customer service.
- Sells installation services to new tenants where install is not mandated in ASA (Antenna Site Agreement).
- Performs account administration, ongoing management of tenant relationships, assistance with marketing, and general sales support.
- Identifies tenant equipment variances and proactively works with tenant to resolve as quickly as possible.
- Keep customer information tracker updated.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study; and 3-5 years of related industry and outside sales or business development experience (basic knowledge of wireless site development, construction, and co-location).
- Fluency in English required.
