Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts within the SEA region
• Identifies, develops and typically closes sales opportunities (including renewals, upselling and cross selling)
• Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
• Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per existing account
• Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
• Has direct contact with clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms Continues to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs

Responsibilities

• Degree qualified with 3+ years relevant work experience

• Account Management experience using solution and consultative selling approaches

• Territory and stakeholder management at executive level with the ability to nurture relationships at a strategic level

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills and proven ability to negotiate

• Ability to write proposals and other communications to describe business requirements and proposed solutions

• Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships 

• Strong numeracy skills, sales reporting and CRM management with proficiency in MS Excel
