About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will contribute to an amazing team of Client Direction Monks working for some of the best-in-class clients out there. If you are keen to work as part of a global team to produce integrated creative work for world-class brands, this job represents the sweet spot. You will help drive impactful digital-first campaigns and build close-knit relationships across both internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social, and digital touchpoints.
- Steer projects and teams with care, organization, and confidence.
- Liaise with media agencies and external partners to align on fully integrated campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day operations by briefing creative, legal, production, and language and culture teams.
- Ensure internal and client teams are clear on project specs, deadlines, scope, and local market requirements.
- Source assets from client digital asset management systems, log usage rights, and organize project files.
- Build trusted working relationships both internally and externally.
About You
The essentials:
- 1+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Junior PM or Account Executive within an advertising or agency environment.
- Strong and clear written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian.
- Proactive and direct communication style when working with cross-cultural teams.
- Clear sense of urgency with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong team player who is self-motivated and brings a positive attitude.
- Comfortable asking constructive questions to drive project quality.
- Open to feedback and proactive about personal and professional growth.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Experience working on integrated campaigns that combine traditional print with digital media assets.
