About the Role :
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Support in conducting basic market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics projects
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and demand–supply insights
- Assist in identifying land opportunities through calls, online research, and coordination with brokers and local contacts
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and other stakeholders
Client Coordination
- Understand client requirements such as land size, location, and basic project needs
- Support the team in maintaining client relationships and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
Execution & Reporting
- Work closely with the team to support business development activities
- Maintain data on leads, site visits, and deal progress
- Track daily/weekly activities and share updates with the reporting manager
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
General Responsibilities
- Follow company policies, processes, and guidelines
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the organization positively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to team goals
- Stay updated on company services and support cross-selling opportunities
About You :
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate / sales / business development (freshers can also apply)
- Basic understanding of the industrial or real estate market is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate in any discipline
