System engineering is an interdisciplinary field of system and platform engineering, complemented with business management and operational responsibility, that centres around on how to design and manage complex systems and technology platforms over their life cycles. The system engineer can assume a pure holistic role or can be a database, system/server, virtualization or a network specialist.YOUR CHALLENGE
Oversee end-to-end Access Management operations in full alignment with the service catalogue, ITIL framework, and organisational security policies
Champion the evolution of access management strategies through active involvement in designing scalable authorization models, role-based access concepts, and streamlined approval workflows
Partner closely with project teams and key stakeholders on IAM-related initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of access controls into system rollouts and transformations
Act as a senior advisor to both technical teams and business units, providing expert consultation on access operations, policy interpretation, and handling of exceptional or high-risk scenarios
YOUR PROFILE
Recognised degree in IT or at least five years of experience as a Microsoft Active Directory System Administrator (MCSA or equivalent certification preferred)
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration and reporting within Active Directory and access management processes.
Practical knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and concepts, including role-based access, provisioning workflows and access reviews
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently in a structured and efficient manner.
Self-driven, reliable and resilient with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German is an asset
