Job Description:
This job is responsible for collaborating with Academy teammates to support the successful design, financial management, and administration of mid-size to large-scale products and programs, and ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include delivering on the day-to-day activities of the Academy by managing material, people, process, and/or technical changes, ad-hoc analytics and results reporting. Job expectations include evaluating existing products and programs for effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.


Candidates for this role will be responsible for leveraging and analyzing data analytics to drive business performance across the Consumer Academy.  The role will require the ability to develop executive-ready analyses and operational improvement initiatives that help leaders improve associate productivity, quality, and business outcomes.  

 

Responsibilities will include partnering with Academy leaders, reporting partners, and business stakeholders to identify emerging needs, establish reporting and data quality standards, create executive presentations, and build scalable processes that support informed decision-making. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between Academy, line-of-business leaders, and support functions to ensure workforce readiness, strengthen performance outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and enable successful adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain reporting quality standards, including metric definitions, business rules, validation criteria, ownership expectations, and quality assurance practices.
  • Identify gaps in data quality, reporting validation, process adherence, and control effectiveness, and develop remediation plans with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, quality controls, validation results, and reporting processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the central liaison between Academy stakeholders, report owners, risk partners, and technology teams, ensuring alignment on reporting standards, priorities, and execution.
  • Monitor reporting discrepancies, research root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to improve data quality and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Drive education, awareness, and adoption of reporting quality and validation standards through stakeholder engagement, training, documentation, and communication routines.
  • Support executive reporting, quality review routines, validation activities, and leadership discussions by providing accurate analysis, recommendations, and insights related to reporting integrity and data quality.
  • Utilizes and maintains inter and intra-Academy productivity tools, and provides internal capability for production of Academy resources and materials
  • Oversees the facilitation of meetings, owning key outcomes and actions, and manages feedback and issue escalations
  • Leads project management activities for Academy projects and initiatives
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements
  • Enables and supports program design and execution across the Academy, ensuring accuracy of outputs
  • Provides oversight and integration of key Academy initiatives including regulatory, vendor management, and governance routines
  • Serves as a point of contact for business level priorities and activities



Required Qualification:

  • Advanced Excel skills including proficiency in PivotTables, XLOOKUP, macros, calculated fields, and power queries
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and other business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in reporting, data quality management, and validation practices
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, assess performance, evaluate risks, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, identify process gaps, and develop sustainable remediation and continuous improvement solutions.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute end-to-end business processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience driving process simplification, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex business environment.
  • Proficiency leveraging AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support business outcomes.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$99,000.00 - $142,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
