Job Description:
An opportunity for an A400M FAL ST30/14 Shopfloor manager has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).
The selected candidate will join the Production Group or Line managementr
RESPONSABILITIES
- As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
- Guarantee product safety during all the process, assuring aircraft readiness and safety conditions once aircraft is delivered to flight operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
- Experienced in flight line or outdoor functional tests.
- Previous experience in A400M programme
- English
- Strongly recommended: experienced about engines running and outdoor functional tests.
- Strongly recommended: authonomous to propose troubleshootings and corrective actions to manage deviations.
- Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment. Flight ops interface during handover and handback phases.
- Ensure no gaps of information between different shifts to ensure right information transfer and work continuity.
- Manage the deviations. Acting in an authonomous way in order to propose troubleshootings and corrective actions to manage deviations
- To ensure compliance with regards to the company Health and Safety standards, assuring quality of the work, times and cost set by the head of the area.
- To develop the blue collars skill matrix. Collaborating in the organisation of training and processes necessary for the development of the skills of the team.
- To unblock any issues (work orders, defects, industrial means, etc) to accomplish the daily plan.
- To collaborate actively with all the support functions, engineering, production control and quality, contributing to the objectives of continuous improvement and the OES.
- To lead the PPS resolution at workshop level, develop knowledge corner, participate in performance tracker reviews and act as a representative of the workshop in TIP meetings of the area.
- Secure the proper booking hour process of Blue collar.
- Foreign object damage prevention.
- Promote product and flight safety policies
SKILLS

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: Junior less than 3 years of experience.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: Airnav ATA chapters, aircraft systems.
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in automotive will be valuable/a master in X will be valued.
