Rotational Program - Nuveen: Sales & Distribution
The Analyst, Sales & Distribution Program is an early career opportunity designed for individuals interested in client engagement, relationship management, and investment distribution. Through rotational assignments across client-facing teams, associates develop an understanding of Nuveen's products, clients, and distribution channels while supporting business development, market analysis, and strategic initiatives. The program combines hands-on experience, professional development, licensing support, mentorship, and senior leader exposure to prepare associates for a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• The Sales & Distribution Rotational Associate Program is designed to prepare future client-facing professionals through exposure to Nuveen's distribution, marketing, and relationship management functions. Through multiple rotational assignments, associates gain experience supporting teams responsible for delivering investment solutions to institutional investors, financial advisors, retirement clients, and consultants.

• Associates may contribute to client presentations, market research, business development initiatives, consultant relations activities, sales strategy projects, and relationship management efforts. The program provides opportunities to develop a strong understanding of investment products, client needs, and distribution channels while building communication, relationship management, and business development skills.

• The program includes licensing support, professional development, senior leader exposure, and mentorship designed to prepare associates for careers within sales, relationship management, and distribution functions.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
