North Point Technology, a Reston, Virginia Woman Owned Small-Business, was formed in 2005 with the belief that small business plays an integral role in our government's defense mission.
We identified a problem: many of governments most important mission systems have a difficult time putting together and retaining teams of highly skilled, driven technical engineers.
The root of the problem is that important mission programs have traditionally demanded structure and stability only possible from large proven organizations, which typically come with large overhead.
North Point Technology takes aim at solving this problem by recruiting and maintaining highly skilled and motivated technologists.
