Glassmoon Services provides 24 hour supported living and complex outreach services. Supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism spectrum conditions and behaviours that may challenge. We offer real choice and independence for the people we support. Our services will be clustered throughout the South West of England, creating supportive community spaces for those working with us.

Over 20 years’ experience within the complex care sector tells us that outstanding, person-centred services are created from purpose-led and people-driven teams. Using systems leadership as part of a locally-based multi-disciplinarily team we embed co-production, partnership and collaboration strategies ensuring those delivering and receiving services become their best selves.
