We are looking for an application troubleshooting analyst – an individual who can perform analysis of a given problem report and determine where the problem is, its cause, solution or recommend effective workaround where applicable.

Acting as an escalation point for client Subject Matter Experts, Product Support Analysts act as the primary point of contact for client technical teams. Through a combination of technical investigation and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with teams across D2L, PSAs offer a world class support experience for D2L Administrators with varying degrees of technical expertise across the Enterprise, Higher Education, and K-12 segments.

Successful candidates must have strong analytical skills and be creative problem solvers.  They will be able to make accurate risk assessments and demonstrate above-average attention to details and competencies.  They are excellent communicators and are comfortable discussing technical issues with clients whose technical expertise may vary.  

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Utilize electronic communication by chat, phone, email, or assignment through case tracking system to interact with users facing technical issues, effectively identifying and documenting the problems they are encountering
• Conduct thorough research and implement appropriate solutions by referring to user guides, technical manuals, and other relevant documents
• Identify and correct improperly configured installations
• Replicate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems experienced by users, employing troubleshooting techniques to ensure prompt resolution
• Create, update, and resolve support cases within defined Service Level Objectives 
• Improve product/tool design and functionality through creation of Software Defect reports and Feature Enhancement reports 
• Create Support documentation, including FAQs and both internal and client-facing Knowledge-based Articles 
• Participate in collaborative troubleshooting sessions to identify root causes of complex issues 
• Participate in a shift rotation including weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on Eastern Time 
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Summary:

The Paid Media Specialist will support our in-house paid media team, who executes digital marketing efforts across the North American, EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions. This is a hands-on paid media role where the candidate will be expected to be in platform executing and optimizing campaigns daily. This role is perfectly suited for a new starter in digital marketing who is looking to expand their knowledge and experience. 

As a member of the performance marketing team, the successful candidate will be expected to help execute and optimize our various campaigns across the year, while providing recommendations to the channel strategists where applicable.  

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their knowledge outside of paid media by supporting the performance marketing team in ABM & SEO efforts.  

The successful candidate will report to each of the channel strategists and the performance marketing director. 

How Will I Make an Impact?

• Support in the creation and management of new LinkedIn Ad campaigns for the B2B market (with support and guidance from the Paid Social Manager). 
• Support in the execution & optimization Paid Search (Google Ads) campaigns for the North American & International markets (with support and guidance from the Paid Media Manager). 
• Support in the execution of ABM marketing display campaigns. 
• Creation of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns (with support & training from web experience team). 
• Partner with creative team & external freelancers to develop assets for performance marketing campaigns. 
• Support in the management of external agency and/or channel partners. 
• Report success metrics and provide insights & recommendations on paid search & paid social performance. 
• Assist with project and resource planning where required. 
• Work with web, SEO & content team to feedback keyword insights & findings. 

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics & channels. 
• Knowledge of Paid Search and/or Paid Social channels (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads). 
• Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B verticals is preferred.  
• Experience with tracking technologies including Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics is preferred but not required.

The Role:

As the National Volunteer Engagement Manager, you will work to engage volunteers across Canada and be responsible for supporting the growth of our national volunteer program, with a focus on scaling corporate & community partnerships across the country. The incumbent will work closely with our field operations staff, corporate partners, and community groups to ensure that all volunteer engagement activity is well-executed and meets the high-quality standards for Second Harvest’s volunteer experience.

Your Impact:  

Group Volunteer Engagement (50%):

• Collaborate with our Development Team and corporate stakeholders to co-create meaningful and measurable volunteer experiences.
• Oversee the planning and execution of volunteer logistics for any national Second Harvest initiatives, including but not limited to, community events, food collections, snack packing, Feeding Our Future, gleaning program, etc.
• Work with a network of suppliers and vendors to coordinate the ordering and delivery of event supplies for snack packing.
• Support Second Harvest regional teams with in-person delivery of corporate and community engagement events.
• Provide support with the planning and day-of logistics for any national volunteer appreciation events and National Volunteer Week activities.

Volunteer Coordination (40%):

• Recruit, screen, train, and supervise national volunteers as Second Harvest’s volunteer program expands nationally.
• Maintain an active and engaged roster of community-based volunteers in key markets to support the business goals of each department at Second Harvest.
• Act as liaison between Field Operations staff and volunteers, ensuring that proper volunteer management protocols are being followed
• Provide volunteers with feedback, monitor volunteer satisfaction, and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Participate in cross department meetings as required to remain apprised of volunteer requirements.
• Ensure that all volunteers are appreciated and stewarded to maintain a large and dedicated volunteer base.
• Support strategic planning by assessing and evaluating the national Volunteer Program in an ongoing capacity.

Administrative (10%):

• Regularly contribute to monthly/quarterly reports and support the creation of annual reports that include volunteer hours, number of volunteers, and program outcomes.
• Oversee data entry of national volunteers and placements into Raiser’s Edge.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
