About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach and impact by developing and managing a network of high-performing reseller partners. Job Overview

The Security Officer for ParkX Management ensures that the facility is run smoothly, safely, cleanly, and is a good experience for residents, tenants, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system
• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors
• Ensure no property is being damaged
• Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around building.
• Perform other duties as assigned 
• Observation and reporting of safety
• Issue Banning notices to rule violators      
• Maintain file for Ban Notices and notify management when necessary
• Maintain the appearance of the two plaza kiosks 
• Enforce the “no dogs on the plaza” policy
• Keep updated information (e.g., Kiss N Ride, Contact Phone #’s, Rules of Conduct) and communicate to guests as needed
• Report any unknown work that is occurring at the property to management
• If anyone parks illegally on the plaza, notify Park X, Commercial property management, and Residential property management immediately 
• Communicate to guests that we must keep the fire access areas accessible for fire trucks and ambulances
• Close loading dock doors as needed
• Report any concerns to management
• Reston and Loudoun Station: Assist the Marketing team before, during, and after events as needed

Responsibilities

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. THE JOB

As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, working closely with your Hospital Manager to drive culture, engagement, efficiency, and growth. Heading areas such as operations, the scribe program, and marketing, you’ll continuously find ways to say yes to elevating the VEG experience, empowering VEGgies to do the unexpected in their roles. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Guide and develop non-clinical hospital teams—including CECs, Scribes, and Inventory Coordinators—through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
• Foster a strong, unified culture, aligning clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
• Oversee daily operations, including team scheduling, financial reporting, inventory processes, and reconciliation of hospital systems
• Train and mentor VEGgies on delivering a customer experience that reflects our core values and the VEG Spikes, our unique, customer-centered way of doing things—like ensuring people see a doctor right away and allowing families to stay with their pets
• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., phone conversions, customer satisfaction, review platforms) and implement strategies to enhance results
• Develop and manage inventory budgets and ordering systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Assist hospital leadership in handling HR issues, conflict resolution, and succession planning for team growth
• Hold daily team huddles and monthly meetings to inspire, align, and build connection across your team

 WHAT YOU NEED

• High School diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred
• 2 years of leadership experience; 5+ years of experience in a hospital environment preferred
• Experience with scheduling staff, recruiting, training, budgeting, facilitating developmental meetings, performance management, and building high-performing teams 
• Advanced knowledge of computer programs and practice management software
• A clear communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Must be willing to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors

Your CFO client just called. Her accounting department could really use help prepping for an upcoming audit. Or maybe she needs a seasoned project manager to lead a merger integration. As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting staffing augmentation is preferred.
• Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting a plus.
• Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
• Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development.
