What will I be doing?

• Converting qualified leads generated by the Inside Sales and SDR teams and taking them to successful closure.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a VP of FP&A & Strategic Finance to lead global financial planning, forecasting, KPI governance and Finance AI-enablement to support our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to design a best-in-class financial operating rhythm for a high-growth company in the vertical SaaS + FinTech space.

• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, forecasting, and financial modeling; payments or fintech experience strongly preferred.

OVERVIEW

The Operations Lead is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency. What will I be doing?

• Converting qualified leads generated by the Inside Sales and SDR teams, and taking them to successful closure.

Responsibilities:

• Renewal Management:
• • Own and drive the end-to-end SaaS contract renewal process, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  • Proactively engage with customers well in advance of contract expiration to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to gather necessary information for renewal negotiations.
• Negotiation and Upsell:
  • Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal terms to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to drive incremental revenue during the renewal process.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and aligning our solutions to meet their evolving needs.
• Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of renewal revenue and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the renewal portfolio.
• Customer Advocacy:
  • Promote customer advocacy by ensuring a positive renewal experience, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

We are looking for a Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Lead to join our team and drive our revenue growth strategy. They will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating processes. This individual will be responsible for the ownership and management of all revenue-related tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce. The Rev Ops Lead will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless cross-department collaboration, accurate forecasting, and the management of sales commissions. THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Tool Ownership and Management
• Manage and optimize all revenue-related tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and streamline processes.

• Sales Commissions
• Manage and administer the sales commission process.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely distribution of commissions.

• Sales Administration

• Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sales operations.

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
