The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. The Fireblocks Legal team is a strategic partner across the company, operating at the intersection of law, technology, and financial regulation. We support the development and launch of cutting-edge digital asset products in highly regulated environments, enabling business growth while managing legal and regulatory risk. Working closely with product, engineering, compliance, and senior leadership and C-suite, Legal plays a central role in shaping Fireblocks’ global strategy in the rapidly evolving digital assets ecosystem.
As Associate General Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to Fireblocks’ product, engineering, and senior leadership and C-suite. You will support the development, launch, and scaling of crypto and financial services products across multiple jurisdictions. This role blends deep regulatory expertise with practical, business-oriented judgment, and requires close collaboration across Legal, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams.
You will have a direct impact on product strategy, regulatory readiness, and go-to-market execution, bringing a strong commercial mindset while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $202,000 to $265,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

Team members are located in several international locations (“follow the sun” model) to provide 24/7 availability.
We are a team of unique individuals, experienced and independent, who get things done.
This position is fully remote, candidates required to be in US Pacific time.

As part of your role, you would improve and establish new monitoring, alerting, and observability of services using a wide range of tools. Additionally, you would handle critical alerts and incidents and work directly with R&D to improve and optimize availability.

About the team
The SRE Incident Response team is responsible for handling critical application\infrastructure alerts, orchestrating the war room process and enabling first class observability and alerting systems.
Team members are located in several international locations (“follow the sun” model) to provide 24/7 availability.
We are a team of unique individuals, experienced and independent, who get things done.
On-call coverage is 7 days a week, starting at noon, with the shift ending at 6:00pm.
This position is fully remote, candidates required to be in US Pacific time.
